the pool area was lovely with a great variety of drinks at the bar.
I found multiple towels had stains and the bed felt too soft, as if the mattress was overly used. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

all the staff were excellent (their kindness stood out). the bread buffet included with the stay was vast and had a lot of variety. the pools were perfect for families because the depth ranged from shallow to deep.
The hotel is a bit far from minimarts. It requires a short taxi ride to access those facilities.

the grounds feature constantly maintained beauty and order, even on rainy days. the pools offer a range of depths suitable for both children and adults, ensuring everyone enjoys the water. beach access is very convenient, allowing guests to easily transition from the pool to the sea.

my room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a great view of the gardens, the pool, and the sea. having access to a shared pool right from the room was a real treat. the room also included a water server, which i found very helpful.

this hotel offers easy access to different parts of the island. the hotel is only a short distance from the airport. the hotel's location provides convenient access to various attractions with short taxi rides.

the staff members are professional and attentive to guests' needs (the squid fishing evening was fun!). they are quick to order taxis and assist with excursions. the check-in process was very easy and quick.

mixed feelings about the stay
weird vibe
there is a communication problem here. we arrived by the shuttle bus, but they didn't tell us where we could eat lunch. noone gave us a local map. this hotel also has a weird vibe when it comes to charging things to the room.

the staff were friendly (i really mean it). they seemed to do everything to. the breakfast was really good and offered a huge variety. the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. i appreciated that.

the breakfast included many options. i liked the big bread buffet and the fruit. i could access the swimming pool very fast from my room. the staff were always keeping the grounds very well everyday.
i found that it was difficult to reach any minimart, shop, or snack facilities. the hotel did not tell me anything about it during check in. this hotel have confusing system to charge things in the rooms.
